I’m surprised they don’t charge you to use the elevator! The price of the room doesn’t include parking. I have never heard of such a thing. I found a hair scrunchy on the shampoo bottle and there was one small bar of soap available for us to wash our hands and take a shower. I’m assuming the shower hasn’t been cleaned so I guess no shower today. Very disappointed!

The room is clean and comfortable, the waiters are warm and thoughtful, and the coffee in the Starbucks coffee shop on the first floor is delicious! The quiet environment and clean lobby are very distinctive. I will come again next time and the price is okay.

Hygiene: Very good, clean
There was no problem with communication with the front desk service. They could explain clearly in simple English, which was really good.

Great Santiago, great hotel. Convenient transportation, clean streets, and very friendly citizens. You won’t have to worry about safety when walking on the road at night. come back next time

Super happy with my experience. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was ultra clean. The staff was efficient and kind, even gave me a cookie. I didn’t come with a pet, but would definitely bring my dog with me in the future. Cheers!
