No hot water the first night we were there . Only to find that out at 5 am when waking up to shower for a wedding . Also queen suite room not even stocked with coffee cups . Save your money

Check in snd check out people were rude and rushing you like cattle. They did not want to listen to me about anything but only rushed, rushed and rushed even though there was no one else in line. Erggg. Also cleaning staff knocking on doors at 08:30 in morning even though checking out that day.

I was in San Diego on a business trip and this was a great base for my visit. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good wifi access. The breakfast was great and the hotel staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

bad experience with parking. they did not disclose the fact that they charge $60 for parking and completely omitted the information prior to booking a room. $190 to book a room, but $60 to park? utterly ridiculous and shady. on top of that the tv in the room was broken and was not in plain site from the bedroom area. room design was very poorly done. would rather stay at Pendry or Margaritaville which is right next door
