Thank you in advance!!! Front Desk Agent is a plus to the company, the Safelock machine have problem to make the room Keys and the manager in charge take the time to check me in to my room and later pick up my keys… Thank you… Breakfast was on point a lot of options… and was my first time in San Diego and really enjoy the city and the MLB game sorry for the Padres but my Yankees win 😊…. Really appreciate you guys specially this two Front Desk Agent and the Manager sorry I forgot the names…

Hotel staff are very nice from the front desk to the kitchen.
Breakfast was abundant and tasty.
Our room was not very clean with long hairs left in the shower and dirty closet tracks. The bath mat was so frayed it should have been taken to the trash.
