Hotel is super clean, room is big space, bathroom is big, garden and swiming pool are nice. I love their breakfast, there are options for vegetarian. Most importantly their staff are nice. Here I would like to let you know how wonderful the front desk Ms Vivian is. She assisted me to book a hotel for my friend at courtyard since Towneplace suites is fully booked on 6 May. On top of that Vivian help me to apply Marriott Bonvoy member so that I can earn points. Vivian is cheerful, friendly, patient, right attitude, and good manner. A great staff like her is the strong reason for guest to come back again. Vivian is the tremendous asset to Towneplace suites and I wish her all the best!

It is always such a pleasure to come to this property. Especially when Kyle is there to check me in. He always remembers my name and says welcome back. This is one of my favorite hotels in San Diego to stay in at. It is clean, new and out the way of traffic. Parking is also cheaper here vs downtown. 10/10 would recommend. Customer service is always so great here.

We loved staying at this hotel! Really good warm breakfast options! All the staff was very friendly and kind. We loved having a fridge to put out drinks in. You can cook if you want to stay in the hotel!
