房間設施是都齊全的，也有廚房和電器可以自己做飯，還挺方便，就是設施都太老舊了，房間裏一股奇奇怪怪的味道，樓道里還有糞便也沒人打掃

I think there’s a communication problem. “I have no soap in the shower”. “When the girls clean your room they will check”. Later there’s no soap when I return.

This is the first time I was very disappointed on housekeeping. I left my cell phone charger and cable in the room. I called later and during a period of 4-5 days. Nobody could do anything about it. ... please call tomorrow, please call tomorrow again in the Moy.....bla bla. Obviously someone just pocketed my charger. I had to buy another one. I'll never stay in this hotel again....EVER!!!.
Don't leave anything in the room.... you'll never get it back.

The reception was good and friendly. The cleanliness wasn't that good. The floors were VERY DIRTY, found coins on the floor, an empty bag of peanuts under the bed, you could even see the dirt in the corners of the room, this room wasn't swept at all. The bathroom was clean though as was the kitchenette and the fridge. There was a heating stove top on the counter, but without knobs. Breakfast was very basic.
