Location is amazing. Grounds are very nice. Rooms look to be in the process of upgrades, but a few room issues were super noticeable and detractex from the overall enjoyment. One was the AC, it kept blowing warm air. I ended up giving up, i had no desire to move all my stuff. I realized i coulf open the windows and use the fan, together they brought the room to a comfortable level. Ceiling panel in the bathroom was falling, paint was chipping off the tub.

This hotel far exceeded expectations. It’s in a lovely location right on the harbor. The rooms are situated back from the parking lot so there is no residual noise. Very quiet. The concert venue was great -small so it felt intimate. The food at the venue was only a 3.5 out of 10, but the wait staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A great find!

Very comfortable junior suite with very good amenities. Checkin staff, Cyndi, is the best. Back Stage lounge is a plus.
