i was locked out of my room and another tentant came out and started yelling at me at the top of his lungs because i was trying to get my boyfriend to come and meet me so he can open the door. we got kicked out and i had to pay the funds. there was no one at the front desk to help me and didnโt even bother to hear us out

I stayed at Hotel Aqua Nar over New Year's weekend. I had a delightful experience. Sam, who greeted me at the front desk was both polite and helpful.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay that weekend and look forward to my next visit.
