Nice hotel. Everything is clean and up to date. Hotel has an included breakfast (typical hotel type). Convenient location in hotel circle makes it easy to get to where you're going each day. You do have to drive a little for most dining options. Parking is $20 per night (depending on who checks you in they may reduce it to $10, but make sure they actually do that on your bill. I've had them say that and then when I check my credit card they charged the full amount). That's why they only get 2 stars for service on this trip.

It was a very nice hotel. Very clean and modern inside. I wish there was a way to separate the bed area from the sitting area. The breakfast each morning was good! Good location. Only a mile or so from a busy shopping qnd dining area.

Property was decent, nothing special or over the top. A little noisy for our liking. Always looks better in pictures than in real life. The room was ok and clean. The shower was not very well cleaned and there was hair in it...
I've asked for a room that was facing the back of the property (the mountain) they gave me a room right by the elevators; I went back and asked for a better room - they gave me one facing the side and right next to the mechanical room. We decided to accept it.
A little after check in we were trying to unwind and relax - when we started getting a lot of noise steps/running from door to window and back to door from the room above us.
We waited for a while, we realized it was probably some children. After a while it was just not stopping I decided to call the front desk - they advised they'll take care of it. waited and waited and it got worse and worse. It sounded like adults were doing the same noise but louder and probably on purpose and out of spite...
I was gonna call front desk again but my wife stopped me and we decided to let it go and just wait and hope they'll stop. After 45 min to an hour we finally had peace and quiet.
Breakfast was a bit weak as well.

Large inviting lobby with open access to the pool area and seating options for visiting or accomplishing work.
Room was clean, and did not feel crowded even though had sleeper sofa area and two queen beds.

At 1:15 am the fire alarm rang loud and clear. It turned off after about 1/2 minute. Then, the water got turned off at the same time. Turns out they were welding pipes on the roof, and it triggered the fire alarm. When I asked if they had Fire Watch in place, there was no answer. So, after they turned the alarm off, there was probably no fire alarm in place the rest of the night. In the morning, still no water. They said it will be just 15 more minutes for two hours. I asked if the open breakfast bar had water. They said they had cold water, but not hot. Hard to believe they had water at all when no one else I spoke to had any. I believe this is a health code violation. They were still telling people "15 minutes" as we left the premises to find a working toilet.

The driveway to the property was narrow and not easily visible upon arrival (at night). Although the property was relatively clean, the room was lacking and the mattress was atrocious. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special. Parking was very tight. Property needs a little updating, but hotel staff was very pleasant. Was not worth the rate charged.
