I stayed here for one day last year and couldn't get enough, and this time I stayed for three days and still couldn't get enough. Mainly because the place is large and there are few people. This time I specially brought a tennis racket, and I take my son to play tennis several times a day. This is the best maintained outdoor tennis court I have ever seen. If we talk about the shortcomings, the hotel's meals are generally cost-effective.

Had a wonderful time with the family. The new pickle ball courts looked great and they had an exciting car show the day we visited. Food next to the pool was great. Everyone enjoyed their food and the staff. After we relaxed on the beach and saw a swarm of birds having a feeding frenzing off in the distance.

We had a wonderful weekend at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. The location is ideal, the service was wonderful, and we just loved everything about it but the check in. Note to *******, the club doesn’t guarantee the bedding arrangement, which is highly unusual. We booked a room with two queen beds, and they initially gave us a room that only had one bed. The club was fully booked that weekend and it was a struggle for them to figure something out for us, but eventually they did and we were given a two bedroom suite. Whew! My step-daughter and are close, but we were not prepared to share a bed. The weekend was almost a bust, but instead turned out perfect!
