The hotel is not expensive and the price-performance ratio is okay. The room is smaller. Be careful to avoid rooms with noisy windows. The hotel service is very good. The room we were given was too noisy at first, but we were promptly changed at night.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Our room was clean and comfortable beds. My only complaint is we were woken up to the trash man picking up the trash bin and that wasn't a big deal but for almost an hour he was training someone picking up the bin, putting it down. I could hear everything! Really noisy

When we arrived, the front desk attendant was pleasant and the check in process was quick. Sadly, our room was another story. It was not very clean and the faucet in the bathtub had a drip. We dealt with the drip the first night but by the second day, it was pouring out of the faucet and we were unable to turn it off. We notified the front desk and they sent maintenance who was very nice but mentioned that the room we were in had not had maintenance done on it and asked if we could change rooms. Not a big deal, so we packed everything up, went down to the front desk and the receptionist said "we do not have any 2 bed rooms left" but offered no alternative. I had to ask if they had a king bed room and told her we would deal with it. She was quite rude and acted as though we were bothering her. We obtained our key cards and ended up in a room very far from the elevators with no guidance from the clerk to tell us the father elevator and parking would be better for us. Nor did she mention that they have a parking garage that too would have been closer (it is not advertised anyplace). No compensation for the hassle on their behalf, nothing. Quite disappointed. I never expect much on a stay but this one was not so great.

There was no shampoo in the shower. I discovered this after being in the shower and had to get out and wait 30 minutes for housekeeping to come bring shampoo the front desk made it right by comping my breakfast, but the water pressure in the shower and no shampoo and a broken coffee maker Did not make for a good stay

$15 charge for parking in a public parking lot was steep. Continental breakfast for $19.95 was also steep. Also timeshare salesman in the lobby at the elevators was off putting.

Good property location for our purposes of visiting family. It is about 30 minutes from downtown activities and events, but not a difficult travel. We were unhappy with our room initially, but the staff were great and placed us in a room that completely met our needs. There is a great bar/bartender in the lounge, and their dinner and breakfast offerings are excellent. It makes the stay very conenient and enjoyable.

Amazing place to stay the only issue I had was that I paid for my room through ******* and payment was processed and when I check in they didn’t accept the same card I had paid with. It was 2 am and had heavy luggage and just wanted to crash, about a 10 minute inconvenience but overall 5 stars!

Everything was great, except the room was dusty and the blanket was stained. I wiped everything down with cleaning wipes and tookthe blanket off. For future purposes, If you know your going to check someone into a room that hasn't been used for a while, then make sure it's wiped clean and everything is tidy.
