Hotel was quaint and quiet but also in need of a lot of upgrades. There was no outlet available where they had the microwave so I had to move it myself into the bathroom area to use it. At check-in I was told check-out time was noon but housekeeping was banging on the door at 11:30, telling me check-out was at 11 and very rude about it.

Hallways torn up due to remodel. When this is done, it should be a vast improvement. Room was probably remodeled about 3years ago. Room now needs a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, it was very nice. Breakfast was pretty minimalist, so I went to nearby Old Town. This proved to be a blessing in disguise because I found a nice, rustic place for breakfast. Challenging location to get to after dark, but in a nice location. If the hallways were finished and the room had a fresh coat of paint, I would have upgraded it to 4 stars.

The pictures are deceiving, as the hotel is relatively small. The hotel is currently undergoing much needed renovations, which wasn't much of an inconvenience. The bathroom in my room was recently renovated, and very nice. If ownership/management continues to make this will be a top notch place to stay. The were very friendly and accommodating.

The room seemed newly remodeled. VERY VERY CLEAN and comfortable. It's in Old Town which is where I like to hang out. I would love to stay here again. Very friendly staff. Had to come home for a dear friends funeral, and you made it more comfortable for me. Thank You. Bill Cowper

First room was leaking badley from the roof. They put us in another room. When we woke up there was a big puddle of water inside near the door.

The room was cold and damp. The outside walkway which was carpeted was very wet and slushy.
