Not far from the old city, the sea world and the zoo. Compared with the five-star hotel on the side of the harbor, the price is very high. The reservation is for the suite. The room is large, and there is a kitchen. There are pots and pans. You can buy your own ingredients for a long time. You can definitely do it yourself. The bathroom is also very big, just showering with the bathtub, the bathtub has no anti-slip mat, the daughter enters the slippery, and the lower jaw knocks on the bathtub and the bleeding is red and swollen. It used to be a Comfort Inn that we have always stayed at for over 10 years but now a Best Western. Very nice upgrades, great and friendly staff, love the location, A good place to stay. Close to downtown, Old Town, Zoo, and 5 minutes to the beach and shopping and golf just 5 minutes away also.

I spent 7 nights during the GBTA Convention here at the Moxy and had a good time. Only the noise due to the ventilation system was annoying. Great bar and staff and nice location with lots of games to play at night. Breakfast was good too and not too expensive. Short distances to all locations in San Diego. Especially convention center and Gaslamp District.

Location was excellent for concert at Petco Park, took Uber and obviously was longer due to concert influx realized take a lime lite would have been faster. Walking expect 25-30 min and going up hill. Service was good at check -in , first night found roaches 🪳 under and around fridge area! Went to lobby for possible accommodations , encountered male fair skin and colored eyes, said they were from the weather (🙄) didn’t seem surprised to hear there were roaches in our room, asked if we can switch rooms- he said they were fully booked and didn’t have anything available which I didn’t even see him check. At this point couldn’t find room to check out for the weekend and left as is. Told cleaning lady that evening and she shared a roach spray to spray in infected area. We didn’t not feel comfortable in this environment and left our snacks and food in bags and placed luggage on our beds and desk to avoid roaches from getting in. Additionally had requested towels and when asked for 4 same lobbyist said 4 was pushing it and only handing two towels even though I had booked two double Queen rooms for 8 people!! Second room has stains on bed sheets and pillows, unsure what exactly it was but looked like blood. Friend got rash on arm and suspected bed bugs, checked sheets and luckily didn’t find any. Bathroom sink had broken handle that came off when lifted. Breakfast was good- early hours 7:30-8:30 , doors closed by 8:25 and you cannot take food out. But decent has French toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and juices. Parking was small but have additional parking below , just have to walk around the corner.

excellent attention from the staff the facilities are very accessible and very clean the bed very comfortable and the pool great, i called to notice them I will be late for my check in and they were very helpful, very clean I love that all the whites sheets and towels we love it

After booking a room for several nights, can't I evaluate it all at once? Evaluation same as above

We had called to check in early because my wife wanted to go get her nails done and I wished to stay at the hotel instead. Ms. Chuong at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating and so polite over the phone. Upon check in, Ms. Chuong and Ms. Cecilia greeted me at the front desk, checked me in with no delay, and even gave me a choice of what floor I would like to stay. There were a few toiletry items I was not able to take on the flight and the ladies at the front desk were excellent at getting me what I needed at no extra cost. Once I got to my room I noticed it was extraordinarily updated, and cleaned from top to bottom by Ms. Anna. Do not get me started on how comfortable the beds are and how quiet the hotel is. I could sleep till noon if I am not careful. Overall very satisfied!

I'm the kinda person that is huge on communication and fairness. I think her name is Brianna at the front desk....”wow” extremely nice and accommodating to us. And to be honest the entire front desk receptionists are very good at what they do. I will return.
