Mai un buongiorno, mai un sorriso! Eravamo a cena viene la titolare dice, per favore mangiate in fretta non ho posto stasera! Mai visto una cosa del genere! La stessa cosa successo anche ad altri ospiti! Le cameriere brave, gentili.. Ma non potevano dialogare con gli ospiti, si vedeva dal viso, avevano paura!Poi per un 3 Stelle, la bottiglia di vino partiva da 28 euro, mah!Un piatto di pasta sulla carta 25 euro, roba da matti!Peccato che la sera in altri Ristoranti era solo d'asporto, perché mai mangiavo lì ma mai! La colazione senza pane, o un panino.. Ho detto alla cameriera ma il pane nel Veneto si può avere.. Si certo, con gentilezza mi ha portato un po di pane! In un Hotel bisogna anche sapere accogliere i clienti! Eppure per 4 giorni 3 Persone abbiamo pagato 898euro!Cmq comunico il tutto al Direttore della Casa di Cura Rizzola, in quanto hanno la convenzione con questo Hotel! L'unica cosa positiva, le stanze ampie, e pulite! Titolari imparate a rispettare i vostri clienti! Vergogna!

The hotel receptionist exhibited discourteous behavior during both the check-in and check-out processes. Additionally, she was engaged in a contentious discussion with another couple of guests upon our departure, displaying rudeness towards them as well. It appeared that she might have been dealing with personal issues, which unfortunately impacted her professional conduct. The room was adequate, although it lacked a mosquito net on the window, resulting in several mosquitoes entering during the night and disrupting our sleep. It is recommended that the hotel either equip the rooms with mosquito nets or provide mosquito repellent. The breakfast provided was unsatisfactory, necessitating that we seek a second breakfast at one of the numerous nearby bars.

I often stay in this hotel for work and I haven't had the chance to write a review yet. Here it is: fantastic in every way! clean, welcoming, private, modern rooms with all comforts and services. The restaurant is also excellent with great care in the dishes.

Suite with very nice and comfortable jacuzzi. Helpful and friendly staff, tidy and clean facility. Good buffet breakfast included with the overnight stay. There was no parking outside the hotel but we were promptly shown a free car park 2 steps from the hotel

We stayed in the private spa suite for my birthday. The room is by far the most beautiful we have been in: huge jacuzzi, private sauna and Turkish bath, round bed and a thousand combinations of lights to create the atmosphere. The staff is kind. The only flaw? Only stayed one night.
