Receptionists were very polite as was the security staff.
The rooms are old, not updated, old tub shower a/c controls antiquated.

El Hotel es Antiguo pero tiene excelente Mantenimiento. Está muy bien cuidado y todo funciona a la perfección. La atención del persona esl simplemente EXCELENTE, Los precios de la comida son muy buenos tomando que si de muy buena calidad. Buena piscina y Jardín

L'hôtel propose de belles prestations. Un petit toboggan pour la piscine est disponible. Il est possible de se baignrer dans la rivière mais c'est a vos risques et périls. L'hôtel était presque vide a cette période mais il manquait des transats. Magnifique vue sur le lac.

This hotel was one of the most expensive in the are. For 3 guests in a two queen bed room, It had one big and one small towel. One mini soap. One small blanket on each bed. The matresses were of a very poor quality and hard. The staff was nice but overworked. 6:00am to 10:00 am. The water in the pool was dirty.
I would not remommend this hotel to anyone

Es un hotel de lo más hermoso, se encuentra a orillas de Río Dulce, cuanta con barba restaurante, hacen actividades para los niños, lo más sensacional es que puedes llevar a tu mascota, así como dejas en casa. La atención al público es cordial.
