Très bel hôtel, bien situé. Nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Mais le plus important la disponibilité du personnel toujours aux petits soins. Professionnels, souriants, disponibles, efficaces. Nous recommandons cet hôtel. Nous y avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Bravo et merci à toute l équipe

Rien à redire, tout est parfait : la chambre est moderne, spacieuse et propre avec un lit xxl, la cuisine est bonne et variée. Le personnel est au petit soin, avec un + pour Monsieur le responsable. Et enfin possibilité de recharger sa voiture dans le parking de l hôtel.

Bon accueil, l’hôtel sent bon, les personnes de l’accueille sont très agréables et compréhensives, le personnel du restaurant par contre désagréable, ils débarrassent notre assiette avant même qu’on est finis, la route pour venir jusqu’ici est mal faite, les chambres ne sont pas modernes mais on a une belle vue du balcon, la femme de chambre ne servait pas à grand chose, le sol était degueulasse, (au moins passer le balai), la piscine ça va mais le Jacuzzi extérieur pas chauffé, le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient parfait, au matin toujours la même chose mais au soir, chaque soir il y avait des choses différentes (beaucoup de choix) , la salle de bain suffisante, manque peut être des produits de douche, et la serrure de la salle de bain est mal faite, il y a une salle de jeux, avec billard exct.. à la télé pas accès à netflix ou ne serais ce que connecter le téléphone à la télévision ce n’est pas possible. Le verrou de la porte ne sert à rien, il suffit que quelqu’un insère une carte et le verrou se déverrouille tout seul.

I have been passing this hotel for years now. It is a fantastic hotel. Clean, if you take half board it is worth it, the food is excellent. It is also very close to the SAN POL DE S'AGARO beach. The staff is very friendly both the receptionist and the other employees.

At the exit of S'Agaro, high up, not very far from the beach, average hotel, but clean and decent buffet. The room really didn't suit us, but they were kind enough to offer us another one. The staff is friendly. To spend 8 days there, it's OK, but difficult to find a place to park. There are 2 or 3 spaces, but paying and parking is very expensive.

Group stay where we were more than 70 participants. The welcome and service are impeccable, the rooms are clean and modern, the meals are top notch with a varied and quality choice (which is rather rare on the Costa Brava). The hotel is relatively quiet with a beautiful swimming pool which we took advantage of in the almost summery weather at the beginning of October. An establishment to recommend without reservation.

Very good establishment overall, staff up to standard, for cycling groups the bike garage: could do better... Lacks a quiet space for card players or others. Otherwise very good, we also appreciate the free parking 50m from the hotel.
