Said that we have inclusive breakfast but when we came there we are excluded on the breakfast... kind of disappointing you should've communicated with each other in terms of our bookings.

I couldn’t use internet because room wifi connection was poor. In this area I could use LTE only. Wifi connection should be improved otherwise business use of hotel is difficult.

Happened in March. Paid for a stay in advance. But hotel claim never to receive the payment. Why only now? I filed an official complaint to DOT and DTI and I was giving them a chance to investigate. They were not even sorry this happened. They think they are the victims because "scammers" are using their name. We decided not to stay there. We looked for a hotel where we feel "safe" The whole process is a nigh**are. Ill just post the screenshots.
