25 years ago this place might have been a great place.
It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated.
Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters.
If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken stuff, it could have been an ok experience.
The room is actually great and spacious - and it would be easy to make this a much better experience.

Hemos estado 2 noches y a sido una pesadilla estaba el bungalow lleno de vichos y telarañas muy sucio. Y los clochones orrorosos impoble dormir nos cambiaron a otro apartamento que por lo menos no tenia bichos pero en los colchones tampoco se podia dormir en fin una pesadilla pingo fotos

Muito bem localizado, piscina, supermercado, restaurantes, centeo comercial a poucos metros, estacionamento fácil. O apartamento estava um pouco sujo e mal tratado mas espaçoso e agradável.

Esta muy bien situado, es un lugar muy tranquilo, fácil aparcamiento. Las zonas comunes están algo dejadas pero en general limpio y con unas instalaciones decentes, mejoraría un poco la iluminación del salón que realmente es muy pobre y la bañera tenía desconchones

regular el mantenimiento, es verdad que estan amplios y el baño no esta mal, pero las zonas comunes etc dejan que desear, entiendo que es muy grande y los pasillos estan abiertos pero realmente estan los suelos y puertas muy sucios.

un sitio para pasar un buen rato pero... la limpieza regular nos encontramos una colcha y una manta tirada encima de la mesa a la entrada, por lo demas estaba bastante bien, quizas la limpieza de los pasillos aunque reconozco que es dificil dado su estado y tamaño
