酒店位置不錯，走路就到漁人碼頭，但對於客户體驗來説，有2點不滿意，必須説説：
1 酒店小童已經免費入住了，但沒有相應的免費早餐，美式早餐沒什麼好吃的，但在酒店就餐就是圖個省事，結果還規定每間客房2份免費早餐，大可不必，體驗感很差。
2 已經每天交62美元停車費了，還安排代客泊車，大可不必，又麻煩，還得給小費，大可不必。

Hotel was great. Didn't like that we had to pay more due to a conference was in town and the front desk person made it every clear to people that were coming a day or two after us they were getting rooms cheaper.

入住時關於停車問題，櫃台服務人員只跟我們說飯店停車一晚要七十美金，或到其他停車場停價格亦差不多，卻未告知其實飯店停車有一小時，三小時，六小時，及十二小時的不同價格選項的，我們在拉斯維加斯停一晚只要18元美金，這邊確要收70美金，因未被充分的告知有其他停車選項，感覺有點被搶劫的感受
