On the description it says the hotel opened in 2023, but it was actually an another hotel with another name before. It doesn't look new at all, it is rather in poor condition and outdated, only bathroom seem to have been partially remodeled. Aircondition doesn't work properly, and is very loud when heating up the room. Looks shabby inside too. Room was cold at night and doesn't get the desired set temperature. No a 4 star hotel, more like 3 stars. Service was good though and friendly receptionist.

The hotel is located very close to Union Square and is convenient for travel. The room is clean and quite large. The disadvantage is that it takes 15 minutes to get hot water for bathing, and the water in the basin is too small. The central air conditioner was not hot enough and was very cold. Later, I called the on-duty staff in the middle of the night and started the wall-mounted air conditioner to get better. The toilet is a bit small, and there is a handheld shower for bathing, which is convenient!
