This hotel has dark windows. There is a wall outside the window. I feel suffocated when I sleep at night. It is not written on the wall. I don't like staying in hotels with dark windows.

The location is very good near union square, but it is not a clean neighborhood. Also, it was inconvenient that there was no daily cleaning service or breakfast.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Union Square. 2 minute walk to BART Station. Lots of shopping and food within a 1-2 minute walk. The Hotel looks newly refurbished. It is basic but very clean and comfy. No view. Room has a safe in it which was good. No cafe on site but there is tea, coffee and water available throughout the day at the lobby. No coffee maker in the room.

Very nice hotel. The bedding is clean and the pillows are very comfortable. There are no shortcomings except for a small refrigerator. It would be even better if there is a small refrigerator. The room service is a little unaccustomed. It’s okay to stay for two or three days. It’s a bit awkward not to clean up the garbage after a long time. It’s not good to take the toilet garbage downstairs by yourself and throw it in the trash can. It’s too much to clean it once at $50
