This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel in San Francisco. The overall cost performance is relatively good, the room is large, clean and tidy, but the elevator is behind the lobby and you have to carry your luggage up a flight of steps. It is quite long and there is no waiter to help.

Location is very close to union square and walking distance to China Town and powel station. Staffs are very helpful.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was a bit outdated and view from our room was not pleasant facing walls and someone's home. They did upgrade us for free and was very grateful kids got there own section. Overall I would stay there again.
