在市中心，交通便利，可以提前check in，周圍有一些流浪漢，晚上酒店門要刷房卡才能進來，可以確保安全。老酒店外觀不錯，房間設施老舊。

酒店各方面都很好，地理位置絕佳，距Powell station 走路僅4-5分，距union square走路不到10分鐘，離噹噹車始發站走路幾分鐘。服務也非常好，浴室淋浴按鈕報修幾分鐘就來，然後還有經理來確認（是我們自己沒有弄對開關），房間也挺乾淨，唯一不足就是酒店設施有些陳舊。

因為看到是5星評價才選擇了這間酒店，這是住過的最最差的酒店，定的king size，第一天給了double size的床，房間特別小，跟攜程反饋後第二天換了一個房間。真的是無法形容這個房間，房間在5樓，竟然沒有玻璃，一晚上聽見呼呼的風聲，早上開窗發現是沒有玻璃。整個房間跟那種開了一百年的汽車旅館一樣。
