I booked a room with 3 beds and made good use of it.^^
The location is really good as there is a Korean market right in front and restaurants are nearby. However, the hotel was so old and worn that there was so much dust in the room that it made me sneeze a lot.

You're not likely to find a better deal on a hotel in SF. You'll find nicer hotels in Union Square, but the surrounding areas are really struggling. The opposite is the case for this hotel - you're steps away from one of the best parts of the city, and there's easy transportation to everything else. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free parking and location were outstanding. Bring ear plugs for the street noise and an eye mask, since the light blocking curtains aren't all that effective.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived at 10am and I room was ready. The neighborhood was great. My husband ate dim sum from the restaurant next door and was extremely happy.
