Tv did not work, staff did not offer to move us to another room or fix it.. room was not cleaned before we got there. Door key kept messing up so they had to give us the main key to enter. Last day before we checked out we check all the drawers and under the sink and my husband found a crack pipe. I am left traumatized with this experience!

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Surprising for me were safety concerns. I was approached by an odd guy one night as I was waiting for someone to come back to the reception, and was glad when the member of staff appeared. Very awkward situation but the guy left thankfully. However, the next night there was an incident at around 4AM with someone trying to break down a door of one of the guests and threatening them. I heard a woman scream. Not somewhere I would want to stay as a single female traveler again. I would choose a hotel with an indoor reception where guests are more protected. A sad reflection of SF.

Staff at front desk very unhelpful. They didn't answer the bell during working hours.
Guests upstairs were noisy during the night. They were yelling very loud and staff didn't do anything.

The guy from reception was so kind and helpful, overall was good experience. I didn't put 5 stars because the parking is not included. But the hotel was very good, location excellent and the area is very convinient.

Stayed 2 nights. Was taking a cruise. It was clean reasonably priced and great location. No shuttle service but had showed shuttle service online. We would definitely stay here again when in San Francisco.
