The location is good. It's close to the subway. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant or breakfast.

Awesome hotel for the price! Was looking for something affordable for one person and near BART. It's right next to the Civic Center stop, the front desk attendants were kind and helpful, room was simple and clean. Nice big bathroom mirror. Wireless was good, I worked during the day in my room. The coffee shop inside the hotel was closed for some reason, but there's so much coffee in SF I'd just walk somewhere.

It is smacked right in the center where homeless people are so as a foreigner, we feel safer to go out by car (they offer a parking lot in the building) or use Uber ir Lyft. Very clean room. Very lovely housekeepers. Don't expect much from the front desk. No breakfast available.

The charges are unreasonable and opaque. In addition to room charges, taxes and final check-out, there is an outrageous "amenities fee" of US$40 per day. The location of the hotel is very dangerous, there are many homeless people downstairs. Everything else is fine. If you park, you can park in the parking lot opposite for 30 days, which is cheaper than the hotel.
