The hotel is perfectly located in the centre, in an area that is not very quiet and quite disadvantaged, however the value for money was satisfactory. The bus stops are a few minutes away: the sore points were the poor and almost absent WiFi, and a problem with the drains in the bathroom which at least was solved the next day. Staff friendly enough and we managed to sleep without any problems. I would not recommend it to a family with small children because there are very difficult areas near the hotel and going out into those areas at night is not reassuring. It would be better to call a taxi and avoid walking in the surrounding area.

All equipment is average. The elevator is very slow. There is only one elevator. The attitude of the front desk staff is not good. The image is biased. I won’t book a room next time. It’s a painful booking experience. It’s safe. I didn’t have anything happen.

front desk lady seemed like she hated her life and i felt like i was inconveniencing her by being there. first we got a smoking room that was NASTY. smelled terrible and the shower was extra gross (didnt look cleaned, still had an open used bar of soap). called front asked for a new room that didnt smell and she said “they all smell”. then got a new room and it was ok but first thing we walked into was a roach on the floor. pretty sure there was blood on the wall as well. besides that it was in a kinda sketchy spot, but lots of security cameras and provided parking. wasnt scared personally, but my friend was a little freaked. not far from where we wanted to go, maybe 15 minutes max. for the price, it was ok. mostly booked for convenience. drove by a way nicer motel 6 a little further in, WAY BETTER.

Don’t let the name for you. This Motel was amazing. We had six devices connected to the Internet and it was fast. They gave us extra towels and linens. They provided concierge services on places to visit & restaurants. There is a bodega close by to buy food. There’s also a coffee shop called Jane close by as well.

Nice staff, relatively safe building, close to some stuff. Too close to the Tenderloin to feel safe. Lots of homeless and dealers and kind of a dark vibe. That said, it was cheap.
Bed was old and springs weren't so great for my back.
