The staff were very friendly and the facility was clean.
I enjoyed my stay with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
Because it was near the station, sightseeing was easy.
I still want to use it.

This felt like a little slice of Europe. The hotel was small enough to feel intimate and personal, big enough to feel like you could be anonymous if you wanted. The decor was both understated and old worldy. It did not feel corporate at all, which I really appreciated. The room was small but had everything you’d expect from a modern, boutique hotel. Staff were phenomenal- professional and friendly. They seemed to really care about the hotel.

What I liked the most was the personalized attention we received; unlike the impersonal trea**ent often found elsewhere, here we felt like valued guests rather than mere passersby. The rooms, particularly the gallery suite and triple room we reserved, were spacious and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The quality of the beds was very good. Very nice and cozy to have a drink during the happy hour at the lobby by the fireplace. All in all, it's a gem in a sea of impersonal lodging options, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The apar**ent was clean and modern. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the building was hard to access. There are no onsite staff to help with the complicated check in.

We were in San Francisco for a couple of days and had the best stay at the Galleria!! From the moment we stepped out of our car at the valet- Jacob was there to greet us!! He was welcoming and helpful each time we encountered him. The check in process was quick and easy- Peter was professional and helpful in answering our questions. We spent the day exploring the city- walked right from the hotel to the piers and wharf area and then ventured on a cable car ride to some great local eateries. We would highly recommend this hotel for his perfect location, comfortable accommodations, wine/martini tasting in the lobby and their top notch staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need! Can’t wait to visit SF again!!
