スタッフは大変親切で、施設は清潔でした。
朝はコーヒーのサービス、夕方はワインのサービスをいただいて、楽しく滞在できました。
駅の近くのため、観光もしやすかったです。
また利用したいです。

The apartment was clean and modern. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the building was hard to access. There are no onsite staff to help with the complicated check in.

We were in San Francisco for a couple of days and had the best stay at the Galleria!! From the moment we stepped out of our car at the valet- Jacob was there to greet us!! He was welcoming and helpful each time we encountered him. The check in process was quick and easy- Peter was professional and helpful in answering our questions. We spent the day exploring the city- walked right from the hotel to the piers and wharf area and then ventured on a cable car ride to some great local eateries. We would highly recommend this hotel for his perfect location, comfortable accommodations, wine/martini tasting in the lobby and their top notch staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need! Can’t wait to visit SF again!!

Overall a weird, sketchy, unsafe vibe here. Mysterious knocks on my door throughout the night, someone knocking and attempting to open the door in the morning without announcing themselves as housekeeping and continued to linger after I told them to leave. A coworker came home from an outing to have her room door left unlocked. Complained to management during my stay and honestly felt weird even telling the front desk my room number out loud. There are much better options to stay downtown for work than here.
