The location of the hotel is very good, close to union square and Chinatown. It is very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport. Take the subway red line or yellow line directly at the airport to Powell Street and walk for 10 minutes to the hotel. There are quite a lot of bus stops near the hotel. Generally, it takes 3-10 minutes to walk to each bus stop. My travel is basically by public transportation, the overall experience is very good, but many people who evade fares feel that they are being taken advantage of by swiping their cards. But you still have to abide by the rules, and you must swipe your bus card.
The front desk service of the hotel is very friendly, the room is very clean, and someone comes to clean it every day. The deposit is 50 knives a night, and the deposit was refunded about 2 hours after I checked out, which is still very fast.

Very good value in San Francisco. Walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, the tram and other public transit. Hotel is not new, however clean and equipped with iron, coffee machine, and other expected amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all aspect of our stay. Overall a very good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great, could walk or uber to some fun places. The Summer Place is a welcoming neighbourhood bar. If ever back in SF I will stay again.
We were a bit disappointed that there wasn't any parking but there was a parkade very close by. It was well lit and we didn't have any issues.
