My stay was nice. However when we arrived there was no parking available. Nothing else to complain about.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property. How kind and welcoming the staff were. Room was very clean and spacious. A nice view of the Golden Gate Bridge and stores were walking distance. I will be definitely choosing this hotel again when I’m back in San Francisco!

The staff at the check encounter were awesome with help navigating around the city with public transit and just any questions we asked. Property felt safe and it was comfortable. Just wish they had an elevator!

Fantastic location, this is definitely the area of San Francisco to stay in. The staff are very friendly and happy for a chat and to answer any questions. The feedback from our stay is that a few things weren't replenished for several days (still not before we departed) in the breakfast room so options diminished. Also we were told the sheets and towels were changed every 3 days. We asked for our room to be serviced on our 4th day there, and it still was not done, so we had to ask for clean towels that evening, and then ask a different staff member for our room to be serviced on the 5th day.
