I recently stayed at this Hilton hotel and was really let down by the experience. The room had poor sound insulation, so I could hear every noise from the street and even the water running through the pipes. The air conditioning was practically useless, barely making a dent in the room temperature. I also encountered issues with the water temperature; there was no hot water available, which was more than just an inconvenience. Dining at the hotel was another letdown, with the food being both bland and overpriced. To top it off, there were hidden fees added to my bill that no one had mentioned upfront. The smaller issues, while not as severe, still added to my frustration. The pillows were uncomfortable, and I couldn't stream anything on the hotel's outdated cable system. The Hilton Honors app didn’t enhance my stay in any way, and the fitness area was too small to get a good workout. I disliked it so much I checked out a day early. When I tried to get a refund for that night. The desk told me to call Hilton. I did. That person told me to call an 800 number. I did. That person told me to see the front desk….Then they denied my request for a single day refund. Note, I booked directly through them so I could avoid the telephone game if something happened… well, fml. There are tons of places to book around there. Make sure to avoid this one.
