The hotel is very new and the layout is very innovative. The door card is a round wooden sign. Breakfast was very rich. You can see the bridge from the room. The hotel staff were very welcoming and even sent us to the car rental location for free on the last day.

Fantastic location near the Embarcadero with an amazing view of the Bay Bridge! Beautiful, unique, and well appointed hotel with a strong eco-slant. They even incorporated live plants throughout and repurposed materials from the local area. Comfy bed and a nice bar! Highly highly recommend!! A favorite hotel now and I’ve been to many many luxury hotels around the world (at the risk of sounding extremely bougie) haha

The hotel is so great! From the moment you walk in, just the smell of it makes you ready to relax. The rooms are comfortable, clean. We had a waterfront view that was fantastic! The spa is also great - my family and I loved our massages, and the service.

Amazing massage, was customized to what I needed in the shoulders and they feel so loose now. The ambience was great and helped me to relax. The service was very accommodating and professional , and there is a terrace with great views of the city as well for you to enjoy after the massage.

The front desk staff was great, the hotel felt clean and smelled great. The beds were comfortable too. I would stay here again for the price I paid. The room was offered at $399 but after resort fees and taxes it was $500. An average price for that area. But I did feel like everything else was way over priced. I was changed $11 for a bottle of water, the valet parking is $100 a night and 2 small lattes cost me $26. I didn’t like how that felt .

I loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff is incredibly helpful and we loved our room with a view of the Bay Bridge. The filtered water stations, robes and slippers were nice special touches but one of my favorite parts was my massage at the Bamford Spa in the hotel. I had a deep tissue massage with Amal and she was incredible. You can tell she has lots of experience as an aesthetician and as a massage therapist. I added on the face mask and she gave me a face massage, too. I also did the outdoor private aromatic bath soak after and could not believe how relaxing it was with the nicest touches…and view…bath salts, CBD oil and fresh lemon water and tea. Amal made my experience so relaxing. I’ve had a lot of massages and treatments and this one was above and beyond.
