Coffee and bread are freely available on the floor with the lobby. A charging device such as a smartphone is installed in the room, which is very convenient. The interior of the room was also chic and nice.

We have visited this fun Hotel many times, and as always, the Staff is extraordinary and very courteous. We once again dropped by the Glide Memorial Church, and felt the love and acceptance from all those in attendance. We played a nice game of Skiffle Ball at the Hotel! We did lots of local sight-seeing. The overall ambiance of the Hotel is uplifting and spirited! Hope to return soon!

The staff here is so nice!! Gitanjali and Kyle were super accommodating and kind helping me get my bearings in the neighborhood. The lobby is cozy with fireplace and plays great tunes. The gym is INCREDIBLE-- perched in the skyline and when you ride the stationary bike it feels like you're flying. Nespresso machines with ceramic mugs in the rooms mean a great start to your day. This place is great for the price and in such a wonderful location. :)

The front staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Rodaba, who made us feel like at home. The hotel is in a great location, reasonable for SF, and has one of the best smash burgers and over the top gorgeous milkshakes I’ve ever seen in their cafe, PLS. Please give them business, it was very quiet in the restaurant because it’s fairly new but so worth it in a touristy town!

Rodaba was Da-Bomba!!!! Made me feel like a rock star when I showed up. She worked with me on my early arrival to get me settled in and out exploring San Francisco. The hotel is hip and close to everything I needed including restaurants and the trolley stop. I’d definitely go back if I’m in town.

This was our first time in SanFrancisco and this hotel did not disappoint! We had such a warm welcome from Rodaba and she couldn't have been more helpful. She shared a map with us and spent some time circling the best places to visit which we planned our days around! Thank you Rodaba. We loved San Francisco and you really helped us make the most of our few days here. The room itself was everything we needed. Clean, comfy, decent shower, and black out blinds. The hotel had a lovely feel to it and nice decor.

Want to tell about a visit to this wonderful hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights last March. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 5 minutes from Union Square. The level of the hotel is very high. A beautiful room, it has everything a tourist needs. The most important was the attitude of officials and especially of Gitanjali. She is very nice person and I really enjoyed her attitude and help. I highly recommend the hotel, also because of the friendly price

Great boutique hotel. I think this will be new hotel to stay when coming to SF. Very nice and friendly check in staff. Great location close to Union Square, shopping and restarants.. and walking distance to chinatown and public transportation.
