The fun design and brightness of suites made for a sunny stay even when it was overcast outside! Enjoyed the operable windows in the suites, giving a choice between A/C and free air. Happy Hour in the lobby provided a relaxing end to a workday prior to exploring the area.

Such a cute little boutique hotel! Room was perfect in size for one or two people. Comfortable bed and pillows! Love the refillable carafe in the room. Brian at the front desk was great and very hospitable! Happy hour was a good touch. Wasn’t able to try the breakfast but, Cafe de La Presse next door was definitely a plus! Coming back for another staycation!

This hotel is amazing! When we walked in, they were in the middle of their complimentary daily happy hour so everyone was hanging out together in the lobby enjoying the night. Beyond the fun happy hour and amazing interior design of the hotel, it’s people like Jay, Sophie, and Heleina who make this place special. Before we arrived, I spoke with Sophie on the phone who gave us clear and helpful directions and guided us on navigating the valet service successfully. When we arrived, Jay made us feel at home and went out of his way to make our stay special. We were blown away by his customer service and hospitality. Then of course Heleina- we were downtown exploring, but needed to rush back to the hotel to make it in time for our flight. By the time we got back to the hotel, she already had the valet service park our car at the front door and had our bags in the car ready to go so we didn’t need to do a single thing before our flight. We will definitely be staying here again! Perfect location, super safe and great fun!

Great location at the entrance to Chinatown, SF. Loved the staff who were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

I called to reserve my room and I talked to Danica, she was friendly and accomodating. When we arrived in the hotel she visited us in our room and make some little chit chat. She was a nice and lovely lady. Hopefully we can visit her again. We were glad that we talked to Danica.

The hotel is clean and very basic, what makes it worth while is the staff goes out of there way to do anything for you, the continental breakfast was really nice and you had a good choice to pick from. For the price you pay is good value. Would I stay there again Yes
