The room is small and the breakfast is very simple. The view outside the window is pretty good, facing the San Francisco Bay. There was a Nepali guy at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and gave detailed explanations. It was very nice.

From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the staff was super kind and helpful. Especially Janelle and Carlos. They remembered who I was when I saw them the evening after I checked in and took such good care of both me and my colleague while we were there. From lost room keys to helping find a quick cocktail to making a delivery to the room - they were amazing. The rooms were cute and clean and the view was incredible. I will definitely be back on my next trip to SF. Thank you, Janelle and Carlos!

Honestly we paid for a room highr floor with city view, thought we would pay a little extra for better room but this waa definitely not the case. Crappy room with overlook ro air conditioning to the whole hotel BE CAREFUL which room u book

My stay was great! My room was ready early so I was able to come from the airport right to my room which was great given the weather was terrible was outside. The bed was comfortable and I loved the decor. My only criticism is that there was limited light in the room near the desk and I needed to get some work done. That being said, I would absolutely stay again.

This is our third time in this place. We came here on Thanksgiving weekend, and we absolutely love it, so we keep coming back here. Also, is central to all the places we like to go on weekends getaways. Additionally, the customer service is friendly and helpful. The view of the bay is amazing, the pillows and sheets are soft and fluffy, happy hour and continental breakfast are a very nice touch every morning, but especially this weekend to our amazing weekend celebrating a birthday!!
