Everyone was fantastic. Ricco at the front desk was extremely nice and welocoming. Merla with in room dining always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we need. The room was beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend this this hotel.

This is one of my favorite hotels, period. It's conveniently located, luxurious, and literally the entire staff is fantastic. You absolutely want to eat or at least have a cocktail at Monte's. The food and drink staff there (and the hours) are absolutely fantastic! Did I mention that the wi-fi is super fast? Well, it is. I will continue to go there whenever I'm in town.

I’d definitely stay again. Came for 3 days with my daughter and we loved it. The staff was amazing! They were more than accommodating and very kind. It was also conveniently located to a bunch of fun things to do and a lot of trolleys! I’ll be choosing this hotel again when we come back next month!
