My stay at Hotel Zelos in San Francisco exceeded all expectations. After booking last minute for a business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Jeff and his team. The check-in was super fast, and the staff radiated warmth and hospitality throughout my stay. The rooms were impressively spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after lots of meetings, and the complimentary bike service was a delightful touch, perfect for exploring both the city and landscape that SF has to offer. Although I didn't have the chance to check out the hotel's restaurant during my stay, it's certainly on the agenda for my next visit. Hotel Zelos truly made my stay memorable with top-notch accommodation and impeccable service. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again on any future trips to SF.

Perfect location, close to many tourist designations, train and bus stops. Updated hotel with good decor and very friendly staff. I had great view from the ninth floor.

It was amazing. The hotel receptionists were very kind and pleasant. The rooms was big, and I got the most basic one. King bed, nice carpet, nice lighting, very quiet and very very (did I said very?) good amenities. The shampoo and conditioner were better than the Wella I had with me. The restaurant was good as well. Well made drinks and delicious food. The localization was a plus because it has a bunch of traditional restaurants nearby and good shopping as well.
Definitely worth the price and I would recommend it to anyone.

Jeff was amazing so helpful would recommend this hotel 1000% great location , great space. I came for a wedding and it was a perfect easy place to be at a great price. The restaurant is so nice and has great cocktails. Easy ride from the airport and not difficult to find.

Nice hotel. Friendly cleaning staff. Made room very clean every day. Fantastic Espresso coffee. Nice eating places around. Catholic Church, Target is just next door. No smart TV to play Netflix. Lots of homelessness around. Sad.

Came with a group of 20 people, Great vibe and staff. Jeff at the front office was very helpful and so was the rest of team. Highly recommend. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Bart station and also cable car. Also lot of good restaurants in the neighbourhood
