Excelente personal , siempre para ayudar al cliente, la señora que está en recepción es un GRAN VALOR AÑADIDO, a las excelencias del hotel, amable y cordial , nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora del check in, pues llegamos de un vuelo de 10 horas muy agotados y le pedimos en lo posible realizar la entrada antes, cosa que le agradecemos inmensamente, habitación algo pequeña pero muy completa en todo , deberían de reciclar y cambiar los antiguos aires acondicionados- calefacción por lo ruidosos que son , detalles de café e infusiones junto a recepción las 24 horas, y muy cerca del centro 3 minutos caminando, volveremos en un próximo viaje a San Francisco

The rooms surrounding us were loud til 3 am. Our room windows looked right into their room window. Have no idea where they parked my car. Floors were dirty

Great little place! Super clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Located downtown, we walked to the Warfield took maybe 6 minutes! I would for sure recomend!

Horrible experience. We are Hilton members and chose this hotel because it had valet parking and because that was important due to the crime in SF. When we arrived at 10 pm 4/21 we had no idea where to park. Homeless, gangs everywhere around. I called the front desk to ask where to park. The desk attendant was incredibly rude. I didn’t understand much of what she said so my husband called back. She was very snippy and unwelcoming. She said to park our car behind another one and lock the doors. We checked in and she seemed annoyed we had concerns about our vehicle. Picture attached is behind our room. The rooms are small but decent. Behind our room was loud homeless activities. Hotel did have decent security needing a key card for the elevators etc which was good and deadbolts on the doors. Breakfast was a good selection. However, we will NEVER stay there again.
