The location is great! The door is right at the jingle car turnaround point, and it's also conveniently located from the subway station. It's only a 5-minute walk to Union Square and Macy's Depar**ent Store. It's worth it!

I like the hotel.
Located at a wonderful location just right across the cable car stop. The room was cozy and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfy. There are safe, ice bucket and coffee machine. And the bathroom was spacious.
I will very much recommend this hotel.

It was right there from Powell Street Station.
The departure point of that cable car was right in front of me and was very convenient.
After checking out, I forgot something, so when I went to get it, they kindly looked for it. I thought it was a very warm employee. 
Even after checking out, they kindly let me use the toilet and kept my luggage.
Powell Street Station is directly connected to San Francisco Airport, so I thought this hotel was the most convenient. However, you need to be a little careful about how to ride the train (Bart). (Ticket purchase is difficult)

Arrived late at night easy check in process and crashed into bed, it was super comfy which was nice. Room was nice and clean. Nice decor throughout kind of arty. Cool though. Coffee bar is good value in the mornings good food especially the cinnamon swirl. Make sure to get room service by the robot! Staff very friendly, great central location especially if you want to get the cable car to fisherman’s wharf. Genuinely will stay here again due to the above comments next time. Thanks.

I had previously posted a three star review based on my check-in experience. This was aimed at the failings of *******, rather than the hotel. However, the hotel instantly responded with a room upgrade and fee waiver that was more than generous.
This hotel is exceptionally clean and has been updated everywhere. All the staff were helpful and friendly.
The location can not be beat. Outside the front door is the BART station (to and from the airport), two Cable car lines, the F Tram (up to Castro district and all the way to Fisherman's wharf), plus the subway and numerous buses.
Within walking distance are Union Square, Chinatown, City Hall, and the major theatres.
In the lobby is a tiny cafe that serves delicious coffee and pastries in the mornings, and has a surprisingly diverse menu available. Very friendly servers.
The only downsides to the hotel are that some of the surrounding streets are sketchy in the daytime and possibly dangerous at night (stick to Market Street or take an Uber), and some of the rooms overlooking the Cable Car terminus are noisy.
Highly recommend it.
