Nice location, great vibe in the hotel. Loved the games in the restaurant on lobby. Very good for families. However, the rooms were very bare- no water bottles, no fridge, no coffee machine, no kettle. One had to request for everything.

Be sure to view the Hotel Caza website for the extensive list of additional fees associated with the booking (destination fee, parking, etc). The prices are very transparent on the site and aren’t as clear booking through third party. This hotel has incredible customer service! The front desk ambassadors are warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Vanessa and her colleague truly provide world class customer service. She provided 10-15% off coupons for restaurants on the pier. We had a fantastic time for my mother’s birthday in San Francisco and it would not have been the same with another hotel. The location of Hotel Caza is near Fishermans Wharf. It is walkable to many attractions such as the Coit Tower, Ghirardelli’s, the piers, etc. There are an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We had a delicious brunch next door at “Eight am” cafe. Other attractions are a bit further out and require transportation such as Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, and redwood forests. This is a very family oriented hotel. There are many games in the lobby for children and adults. Bicycles to peruse the city are provided on a first come first serve basis each morning. The swimming pool is on the smaller side and always has kids in it. The evening cookies are packaged and not freshly baked. The lobby has an overpowering smell of perfume. Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend it for family vacations!

Hotel Caza is indeed a great place to stay in — very near Fisherman’s Wharf where you can find food places to eat in and cafes to chillax. It is also near multiple bus station stops, so this is very convenient to travelers.

I stayed for 3 nights in Hotel Caza, Fisherman's Wharf. It is an amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist Ms Vanessa M was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful in making suggestions and guiding me with plans as I was a first time visitor to San Francisco like me. If I ever come to San Francisco again, this is exactly where I would be staying

Amazing location - Walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and Lombard Street. Bus stops just steps away, can navigate the city easily. Hotel - lovely decorated, with free coffee, tea and water offered to guests during designated hours. Lobby is full of amenities designed for kids and families, a lot of guests tend to hang around the communal areas during our stay. Staff - very helpful. And they send SMS to guests to check in with them and share information about hotel events.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, which is near the fisherman’s wharf. Many great restaurants are nearby. The hotel room is new and clean. The front desk is also friendly and they would provide some candy and snack randomly. And they also provided the umbrella for need.

This hotel is a**. We stayed there for less than 10 hours, checked in at 10pm and checked out at 7am. After checking out, I received a credit card notification saying that the hotel had deducted $500. I called to ask what happened, and they said it was because I smoked in the room. In fact, it was not. I argued with them, and a female voice with an extremely rude attitude just shouted that there would be a fine for smoking, and didn't listen to what I said. When I called again, they pretended to be dead and didn't answer the phone. It is really dangerous to give credit card information to such a business. Everyone must be careful.

As mentioned above, the hotel charges more than 40 USD per day, which is paid to the hotel. There is no explanation for this. There is no explanation for this when we arrived at the hotel. From the beginning to the end, according to the explanation on the booking page, it is a deposit. My understanding of the word deposit is that if there is no damage to the facilities in the room, it should be fully refunded in the end. However, when we checked out on the last day, the hotel front desk told me that this money could not be refunded because it was a daily service fee, including service fees such as coffee in the lobby. However, due to our ignorance, we did not enjoy this service at all, but we were deducted three days' money. The key is that there is no explanation for what this money is used for.

After staying for three days, we asked about nearby supermarkets. A man at the front desk enthusiastically told us that we could walk to Trader Joes, a supermarket with affordable prices. We bought pears and apples. Pears are very delicious. Take a walk on the beach in the morning and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

It is a relatively safe area in San Francisco. The surrounding scenery and restaurants make this a very suitable hotel for tourists. Also, although the surrounding area is a tourist attraction, it is quiet in the evening.

The location was great, the facilities were clean, and it was nice to have a microwave on the first floor.
