我們夫婦上次入住24年2月8-12日，去洛杉磯旅遊後返回，第二次入住是24年2月16-19日。

第二次入住仍然要求付款每晚30美金的destination fee，再次交涉後酒店予以免除。
因為兩次入住的錯誤按金收取遭遇，找到了前台經理反映情況，前台經理給予59美元的獎金補償，可是回上海已經一個月了，還未收到，攜程交涉後説説再次入住才給予獎勵。
回國後接到信用卡的通知，我的信用卡交易異常，立即停止了使用，換取了新卡。
兩次經歷，多次壞體驗，勸大家入住該酒店時千萬小心刷卡，另外每晚30美金destination fee是冤大頭，被被外國人給斬了

I booked breakfast for 4 people in this hotel. But in the end, the credit card was charged for breakfast for four people. A total of almost 900 RMB. Then I called the hotel to complain and was transferred to the finance department. I called 6 times but no one answered the phone. It felt really bad. Do not recommend everyone to go to this hotel.

Beautiful,cool place. Nicely decorated but the parking is crazy at 80.00 per night. I know it’s downtown San Francisco but that’s crazy. I would definitely stay again just because the hotel decor was awesome!

What a lovely SF hotel in a great location! The destination fee includes several perks including a generous pour of wine in the evening and a $25 food/ beverage credit which paid for lattes and pastries in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The patio and all common areas are colorful and relaxing. The only drawback is the expensive valet parking which took 15+ minutes to get car handed off and 35+ minutes to get it back at departure. It was busy (NYE) but it was a negative for the hotel. The Clancy is walking distance to the Ferry market, the trains running on Embarcadero and the beautiful Salesforce rooftop park.
