A great hotel for people visiting the Moscone Convention Centre. My room was clean, large, with regular room service/cleans. The guest lobby had good guests in and the reception team were super friendly. My only slight criticism is please charge $15-$20 more and do a better breakfast for guests. For diabetics the sweet pastries werent really eatable and one apple or orange isnt enough. Im 99% sure your guests wont mind paying the extra if you do a proper breakfast. Thank you.

It was great experience with proper facilities for everything......Loved it so much the staff is very supportive and all the facilities available was luxurious.... Really it was 10/10 experience for me nd my wife .. She felt amazing ......

Room is clean and services are good. 10 minutes walking distance to Moscone Convention Center. Target, with food court, near Convention Center with lots of good quality restaurants around this region. Complimentary breakfast and heated swimming pool. Courteous staffs, polite and very helpful. I highly recommend Hotel Garrett based upon my stay in this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was secure with a guard on duty at all times. The electrical was a little messed up but someone came up right away to fix the issue. Our room was freshly remodeled, the hotel is being renovated so there was a little construction noise, nothing serious. Room was dark and quiet at night, great for sleeping. After walking the neighborhood, we were thankful to have chosen this hotel. Well worth the price. Would stay again.

For the price it’s the best hotel in the area. Nice rooms and safe parking. Security guard always present around hotel is great. will stay again.

Beds were comfy and nice pillows & blankets .
Nice and dark, Staff people were nice. Nice siting area & hocky game ( but no balls )
I got 3 rooms and they all had good comfy beds
And all had terrible electricity the lights didn’t work and some out lets not working and Internet kept buffering, and food got bad ants in it. all the snacks and donuts . Ruined.!
