This is a lovely hotel. My room was small, but very clean. The neighborhood is very urban, but once I was in for the night I felt safe and had no problems. Thank you!

Property a decent price for San Francisco, a little disconcerting when I arrived and no one at the desk but after a phone call someone came down and everything went smoothly; quite a bit of noise from street people but I’m used to cities and was not overly affected

The bathroom was across the hall and there was no heat on 2 of 3 nights. I complained after the first night and the heat was on the next night, but was off the 3rd. After that, I just gave up.

This hotel is very dated and basic we had what was meant to be a Queen Bed room - the room was tiny with no storage or place to put clothing. Bed virtually touching walls both sides. Placed a pair of jeans on floor and following morning they were damp. The en-suite was good though and shower had ok water pressure. Tried to ask for a different room and was told to see person in the morning but then in morning person said he was only security - we were out early.

Just left the property today after giving the key to the morning staff (6 AM). They’ve decided to put a hold on my $200 deposit (money that I need for the rest of my trip) stating I didn’t deliver my room keys. Even before checking with their staff. Terrible management. Not so desirable area. Room was ok for the price.

The hotel was good value and good location for public transportation with a bus stop right outside but most importantly the staff were fantastic. They were friendly and professional.
