The location is not the best, it’s the street is loud at night and there are homeless right outside the door. As soon as you come inside it is much better. The hotel is very clean and is very welcoming. Concierge Punya made the stay worth it and always greeted us with a smile when we came back in. Amenities were lacking a little as there is no fridge or ac but other than that it was a good experience.

Good hotel, good service staff But around the hotel it's loud and there are a lot of homeless people. At night there are kids outside. Came to twist the motorcycle, it was very loud.

I like this hotel especially guest service. His name is Punya. Also hotel location is great, and price is reasonable. So it's easy to go to tour spot. i recommend this hotel. If I go to San Francisco, definitely I'll stay here again. Here is good to someone who visit for traveling and business also.

The breakfast though was rather not worth mentioning.

The staff and service was excellent everyone was extremely helpful and nice. The room was very clean the hotel itself was clean, i didnt like the noise and the room was anon smoking room but i smelled cigarette smoke all night and have a 3 year old toddler was not okay. I had to keep the window open so the smell wasnt so bad.

Property was nice and clean and very stylish. This property is close to everything. The immediate surroundings are a bit live. The hotel is clean and well managed. The rooms are a bit small, but nonetheless clean.
