It has the makings of a near boutique hotel. I loved the comfy bed. In room coffee pods were great. But after first 2 days they never replaced them! Had to leave hotel early 6 AM without coffee. Convenient location for Embercardero walk & business in financial district. Very comfy bed!

Visited San Francisco for my birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it special. Our room was great with a lovely view of the bay and the Bay Bridge. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be booking again for my next trip to San Francisco.

Great choice for the budget-minded traveler who wants to stay in the Embarcedero area. Small, but clean rooms in a great area. Be sure to plan your stay to catch the Saturday farmers market across the street from the hotel at the Terminal Building.

We had a great time at the hotel. Our room was amazing! Regina was wonderful helping us check in and get settled. She made sure to walk us through the amenities and everything the hotel had to offer. We were staying in the area for an event, but the surrounding neighborhood is nice. There was plenty to do and you can walk along the water across the street.

Regina was amazing! She made sure we had what we needed and was very helpful and friendly. We slept like angels in the comfortable bed and will definitely return next time we visit SF. Great little gem.
