King George Hotel in Union Square

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, great service, and perfect location. Highly recommended

Sufficient for business travellers but not recommended for family with children. The hotel is located at Tenderloin which is the most high crime rate in San Francisco, lots of homeless people. I don’t feel safe the second I step out from a taxi. Good thing is that the 24 hours diner just across the street and very near to Union Square and Chinatown.

It was a nice hotel with British vibe. The elevator was a little old and it took me some time to get to our room or the lobby but overall good. I liked that they provided coffee and pastries in the morning.

There is bad smell of smoke and it is inconvenient for guests to go outside for Getting cash. Why can’t this hotel accept Credit card for room deposit? I think there is a problem with theirs Computer system .

Nice boutique hotel, rooms are small bathrooms are small. No air-conditioning in the rooms can’t cool down on a warm day. Our window was broken and wouldn’t open or close. It was stuck in the semi open position, which allowed for lots of sirens and noise. The main street nearby has constant sirens on weekend nights. Bathroom door would not shut. Bring a White Noise machine or app on your phone. There is a ceiling fan that helps cool . Staff are super friendly and Hotel had really good vibes.

King George Hotel’s location is very near the union square. Many restaurants around the area and a multi storey carpark is just in front of the hotel. Great service provided by staff.

Convenient location though rooms were squeezy. All in all, good value for money. Front desk staff were also extremely friendly & helpful.

Hotel is central located and near to most of the city attractions. Small but comfortable rooms with all amenities.
