The location of the hotel is OK, although it is a bit far from the BART station, it is very close to Union Square. The hotel is shabby and there is no bath liquid (only soap is provided). It's ok for one night.

My “go to” hotel in SF. I go to San Francisco quite often for work and have stayed in quite a few hotels over the years.
I love this place because it’s not fancy, it’s very basic, no frills. It feels safe when coming and going, too. Near Chinatown and North Beach so plenty of good food near by. And a short walk to BART & Muni so you can get anywhere.

Vi havde faktisk booket overnatning et andet sted, men det var så frygteligt at tog herhen i stedet for. Vi kendte stedet fra tidligere på vores rejse, hvor vi var godt tilfredse, så det var rart at komme tilbage og blive bekræftet i vores første oplevelse.
Så fint et sted - du får hvad du betaler for samt en god nattesøvn. Sengene er lidt små, men det er ikke slemt.
Personalet er søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme.

The staff is super friendly, helpful & made check in easy. I've stayed before & preferred the upper floors, like the 4th floor, they seem quieter than the 2nd floor rooms. Everything was clean & tidy & the area is centrally located. I will stay here again!
