**for the price**, it is good. This is a very bare-bones hotel - no kettle, no fridge, no bar, no restaurant, no amenities. You can get hot water in the lobby, bring your own mug (only small plastic cups available), for example. But wifi was good, water hot, safe area, minimal (for downtown) noise, very-tall elegant ceilings, windows can open for fresh air (but no screens), bed was surprisingly comfy; hint: get a 2bed room to use the extra pillows and blanket.

Located in a convenient location for transportation. There is no problem with public safety. The facility is old and doesn't seem to have air conditioning. The dryer didn't work. I think it's worth the price.
