Excellent facilities, as well as the rooms, green areas and swimming pools. Delicious food and very attentive hotel staff. An excellent experience, with a score of 10/10, highly recommended for a family vacation

Without hot water, the wifi does not work and they say that breakfast starts at 6:30 am but at that time the options are limited (there was no red wine or broth)

We got quite surprised with this hotel. First time booking this property and after reading the previous reviews we were in doubt, however our stay was great staff very friendly, rooms very cleaned and comfortable. We ordered room service food and it was great as well. I tried the róbalo endiablado and my wife a chicken salad. They also had a great Chilean wine and prices were very reasonable. We don’t usually write reviews but we feel the previous reviews were unreasonable. We will stay here again for sure.
