Best location and best view in San Gimignano. 
BUT: the service is the worse in Italy….
If you don’t need conversation it’s perfect but don’t expect any friendly person at that place ü

Great location, would go back and stay again. Breakfast is worth the price. Get up early to take pictures without all the crowds, and being in the center of the village is the place to be.

We were given the best room in the best hotel of San Gimingano. Gracia.

The hotel is in the center of the town, the location is very good, and the pastoral scenery of Tuscany can be seen outside the window.

What an incredible gem this place is.  If you can get a room with a view do it !!!  It’s in the middle of everything yet it’s private enough to make you feel you’re in the middle of nowhere.  You must try the award winning gelato place!  The restaurants are amazing the the exploring is great.  There’s a park on top by the tower. Amazing picture spot.
